General terms and conditions of business

§ 1 Scope
Our following general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions between Gisela Mayer GmbH and the customer. Any purchasing conditions of the purchaser that may deviate from our terms and conditions are hereby expressly contradicted; This objection also applies in the event that the purchaser has prescribed a special form for the objection. If a contradiction is excluded, the statutory provisions take the place of contradictory conditions. Differing purchasing conditions will only be recognized if their application has been confirmed by us in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract
Your order represents an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. A legally valid purchase contract is only concluded once we have accepted your offer. This is done by our written confirmation or by sending the ordered product to you.

§ 3 Shipping costs
We bear a large part of the costs for careful packaging and reliable delivery of the goods. A shipping fee is charged per order. Shipping takes place at the expense and risk of the recipient.

§ 4 Delivery, delivery period
Agreed delivery times begin on the day the order is accepted. Reservation: If our supplier does not supply us with the ordered goods despite our contractual obligation, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately that the ordered product is not available. Any purchase price that has already been paid will be refunded immediately.

§ 5 Cancellation, return
Complaints can only be made within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Exchanges are only possible in the original condition within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Return shipments must always be franked. Special promotions and custom-made products are excluded from returns and exchanges.

Refund policy:
Within 2 weeks of receiving an order, the goods can be returned without giving any reason. In any case, the return is carried out at the buyer's expense and risk. The purchase contract will be canceled upon receipt of the returned goods and the calculated value of the goods will be credited. The full value of the goods can only be credited if the wig or hairpiece is in its original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. The returned item must not have any odors or residues of creams or make-up. For hygiene reasons, wigs may not be styled, sprayed or altered in any way. Labels and hanging signs must not be removed.

§ 6 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

§ 7 Liability for defects
If delivered items obviously have defects, please complain about such defects immediately. If there is a defect in the goods we deliver, the purchaser is entitled to the statutory warranty rights.

§ 8 Data protection
All personal data is generally treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties. These conditions apply to companies if the business is part of a commercial or craft business, to legal entities under public law or to a special fund under public law. The statutory regulation applies to other business partners, in particular to consumer contracts. The place of performance for all rights and obligations arising from this contract for both partners is exclusively the headquarters of Gisela Mayer GmbH. The registered office of our company is also agreed as the place of jurisdiction. However, we are entitled to sue the customer at his place of residence. The contract is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
